This is Maa Kali - sketched the outline on a chart paper using black ink and coloured it using glitter pens - this is one of my earliest works and my most favourite one too...!!!

Made this painting to try out the sponging effect - the clouds were made using a sponge..

Warli Art

Warli art is the art form of tribals of Maharashtra. This art form depicts the social life of the tribals using simple figures. This is a traditionally done using rice flour as paint and painted on cow-dung processed surfaces which means the painting consists of just 2 colours - brown and white.

For a change, I created the painting using 4 colours.
